Welcome to one of Avero's most popular features, the Logbook! Our logbook allows you to communicate effectively with all members of your team.

Switching Between Businesses
Do you need to find the correct business? The Logbook selection drop-down displays a list of logbooks that are available to you.
To view a specific logbook, click the logbook's name in the drop-down menu.
You can also click the View Previous or Next logbook buttons while scrolling through the main Logbook page. This button appears at the beginning of a logbook and reappears once the end of a logbook is reached.
Navigating the Logbook Page
The logbook page displays logbook content, including the following:
- Section data snapshots
- Checkbox fields
- Text entries
The logbook page displays content for only the date displayed in the date field.
To view a different section, scroll up or down the logbook page until the preferred section is reached. The blue header indicates which logbook section you are viewing.
Searching and Exporting the Logbook
On the web application, you can search the Logbook for entries in a certain time period. On the top right corner of the logbook you will see the tool bar with Search and Email functions.
Use the Search to search for a term - the name of a dish, an employee, a phrase from an entry you remember.
All entries containing the search term will be displayed and can be filtered by dates, specific logbooks, or specific users to narrow the field.
Each entry has a link to view that entry, in context, in the Logbook where it was originally recorded. From there, you can email that Logbook to any user.
