Spam & Junk Folders
If a user is missing an expected Avero email, be sure to check junk/spam folders to see if the inbox logic has missorted it.
If the missing email is found there, mark it safe.
If unwanted emailed reports are received, reach out to the property administrator and ask them to be removed - do not mark scheduled email reports as junk/spam to prevent these issues.
I don't have an IT department, can I whitelist?
Windows admins can whitelist, Microsoft has posted instructions:
Whitelisting with the Windows Firewall
To manage the whitelist in the Windows Firewall, click Start, type firewall and click Windows Firewall. Click Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall (or, if you’re using Windows 10, click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall).
On the next screen, click Change settings, then tick or untick the box next to an item to allow or block it - refer to the top of this article for the relevant information to whitelist.
