Troubleshooting Avero Login
If you are having trouble logging in to Avero on the Website or App, these are solutions to the most frequent issues encountered:
To log in to Avero visit our login page: https://login.averoinc.com/
I can't log in.
The first step is to verify you have the correct username & password. Do you know it? Use our links to retrieve or reset if you forget:
I forgot my username
If you have forgotten your username, select Forgot Username then enter your email and your username will be emailed to you. Remember that usernames are Case Sensitive!
Note: You must use the email address associated with your user, if you put in a different email address you will not receive your username email! If you do not know which email your user is connected to, search your email inbox for Avero to review a recent report or your invitation and double-check the email address listed.
I forgot my password.
Select Forgot Password then enter your email to receive a password reset link via email. Your Password Reset email will also include your username so you can verify you are using the current one. Remember that usernames are Case Sensitive!
Password reset emails will be sent from [Password Reset <emailverify@averoinc.com>] and are usually automatically sorted to your inbox!

Admin users can help reset passwords.
Alternatively, a user designated as an 'Admin' can reset the passwords for users at their property by going to Settings > Users & Teams > Manage Users. On this tab, check the box next to any users needing this change (or the box at the top to select all users on the page) and click the Reset Password button at the top. This does not grant the admin access to chose the new password, it simply sends each user selected a password reset email.
I no longer have access to my user's email.
If you no longer have access to the email used to set up your Avero account, reach out to an admin for the restaurant and they can invite you as a new user under a different email address.
I have to reset my password every time I log in.
- Clear any saved credentials from your browser's auto-fill settings.
- Go to your browser’s settings and navigate to Passwords. Here, you will be able to remove the saved password.
- Go back to Avero and reset your password. Select Forgot Password and follow the prompts.
- You'll receive a password reset email from [Password Reset <emailverify@averoinc.com>]; this will contain your correct username (check it for accuracy) and a link to reset your password.
- Really important to note: your username is case-sensitive! Your email address is not your username.
- If you do not receive an email, you are likely entering a different email address than the one associated with your user. If you do not know which email your user is connected to, search your email inbox for Avero to review a recent report or your invitation and double-check the email address listed.
- Use your new credentials to sign in to login.averoinc.com
