Resetting your Password
Before resetting your password - make sure you have your correct username. Usernames are set up when you are invited to Avero. Important to note: Your email address is not your username and usernames are case-sensitive.
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! Complete the following steps to get your password re-set.

Click the “Forgot Password” link near the bottom of the screen.

Type in the email your Avero account is linked to. (If you receive any automated reports like the logbook, whichever email those reports go to is the email your username is linked to.)

Check your email

Within 2 minutes, you should receive an email with a link

Click the link, and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Your new password needs to meet our security conditions and cannot exceed 16 characters.
