- Reports can be sent for immediate delivery when choosing the Just Once option.
- Reports can be sent on a recurring daily, weekly or monthly basis - please make sure to select a dynamic date range, such as yesterday, WTD, MTD, etc., when running your report.

Help! I'm receiving unwanted Avero emailed reports!
Reach out to the creator of the report, listed in the email, and ask them to remove you. You cannot remove yourself from an automated report. The creator can remove you as a recipient or delete the report entirely.
Our scheduled email stopped sending - how can I fix it?
There are two common causes of an established scheduled report that suddenly stops sending. A scheduled email can be delayed if the data load is delayed, so first verify if you have data in Avero for that day by running a sales report.
First - Check Email Setup
If you are the creator of the email, go to your Saved Reports in Avero and open the scheduled email report. When reports are first set up, the creator sets how long this report should send and an expiration date is applied. If your expiration date has passed the email stops sending. Simply enter a new expiration date and Save. Your email will return to sending as normal.
Second - Is the creator of the report still with the business?
To find out who is the creator of the report, scroll to the bottom of a recently received emailed report, the creator is listed in the footer, under Avero's address.
When you Remove Business Access from a user, it will also remove them from emailed reports distribution lists and disable any automated reports they have set up. If this is the case, set the report up again under a current user.
