How would I use the Avero Usage Report? Why?
The Avero Usage Report shows manager and employee reporting/analytic activity in Avero. If you set standards for how often your managers or employees are running reports, interacting with data, or checking on team performance, this supplies a consolidated view of activities to hold them accountable. Knowing who your most active users are and rewarding them for their initiative can help keep the team engaged with your data. These may also be great users to tap to train other users, or participate in building reports for use across other outlets. By identifying low performers, you can spot where training or help is needed.
The usage report is also very helpful to see how your managers and employees are interacting with data the most - are they relying on emailed reports, using the mobile app, or looking at traditional web views. This allows you to guide your employees to increased efficiency, and save time by focusing efforts where they are most useful. Trying to get managers out of the back office? Encourage increased mobile views and app usage! Trying to save time? Get managers to set more automated reports!
Avero's Usage Report is related to Reporting & Analytics only, so some activities, such as logbook entries, are not reflected. If a user logs in and writes notes in the logbook but does not run or view any reports, this activity will not be reflected in the Avero Usage Report.
