Can I send an emailed Avero Report to any email address or only Avero users?

Only Avero users can be entered into the distribution of an Avero emailed report. We recommend including all your managers in Avero and send the reports to anyone you'd like. Inviting new users is quick and easy. If you want to send an emailed report to someone who isn't an Avero user and can't invite them, you should set up an email forwarding rule in your email service to forward your received Avero email to the additional email address(es). 

Do emails stop sending?

All scheduled emails have an 'Expiration Date' and if you see your saved email listed in red text, the email has expired. Open the settings and extend the expiration date to continue receiving the email.

Can I change the distribution list of an emailed report or Logbook?

Only the creator of an emailed report can edit it, and the creator is always listed in the emailed report at the bottom for reference. Check here to see who can update the email settings. Our instructions for editing emailed reports is here: Automating Email Reports
