Why is one of my businesses missing from some reports?
If you have access to multiple businesses that are on different subscription levels you will be able to see all of the reports available for your highest-level subscription, but the businesses not subscribed to that level will not be visible as an option when navigating to that report.
Our Subscriptions are offered on 3 levels, or tiers, of service which include access to progressively more reports. In order to prevent an interruption in data collection and logbook access, if one of your businesses has an overdue or unpaid invoice they may be moved to Avero's no-cost Starter tier. Making your account current will restore previous access.
