Changing Business Names
To change the name of a Business in Avero, open a ticket with Avero Support and provide the name of the business and the correct spelling of the new name.
Before open a ticket, make sure you are aware of whether you are referring to a business or revenue center. In properties with many outlets, such as Casinos and Hotels, each revenue center may be set up as a business in Avero. To check, log in to Avero and note where in the Report Generator the outlet appears, in the 'Business' (orange) box or the 'Revenue Center' (green) box:
Changing Revenue Center Names
Changing the name of Revenue Centers is generally done within your POS System and then is reflected in Avero after the next daily data transfer. For some Cloud or Export Systems (we pull data from the cloud or the POS sends us an export, instead of having Avero installed on your server on-site); you may need to request that your POS provider update the export to include your new revenue center or open a ticket with Avero Support to map the new revenue center.
