Avero is committed to keeping your restaurant’s data secure and as a result our support team cannot change or provision user access. Depending on the situation at your venue there are a couple ways you can gain access to the business you need, see below.
Admins Assign Access
Admin users are designated within the User Management tab of Users & Teams, accessible via Settings. Admins can invite new users and change user access, including assigning and removing businesses and special roles, but can only manage access to businesses and roles to which they already have access.

If you need access to a business, reach out to your property admin.
I don't know who my Admin is.
Every business receives an admin invite during our installation process, usually to whoever signs the Avero contract or arranges installation. For smaller restaurant groups, this is usually an owner or partner. For large organizations, this access is sometimes restricted to above-store users, Finance, or IT.
Our Admin left and I need to be the new Admin.
If there was only one admin for your property and they left, work with your email service provider or IT department to gain access to the inbox for that user's email and reset the password so that you can log in and administrate the user access you need, then remove the access of the former admin.
For this reason, we always recommend inviting users with a work email address - they can save their personal email in their user profile as an alternate email if they wish.
There are no Admins for that business.
There are admins that you can't see. If you are not an admin, you can't view Users & Teams, so you don't have a way to check for an admin. If you are an admin, you can only view the users and teams associated with the businesses to which you have access - so if you are an admin user for Hotel A at ABC Hotel Company you wouldn't be able to see the admins for Hotel B or C or group/corporate admins.
