Recovering your Avero Username
Have you forgotten your Avero Username? Go to login.averoinc.com to quickly reset your login credentials following the steps below.

Click the “Forgot Username” link near the bottom of the screen.

Type in the email your Avero account is linked to. (If you receive any automated reports like the logbook, whichever email those reports go to is the email your username is linked to.)

Within 2 minutes, you should receive an email with your username.
No Email Received
- Email address is typed properly and is the correct email address associated with your account
- User account was not deleted or deactivated
- If you are unsure if your email is correct or if you believe your user has been deactivated, please contact admin as they can provide you with this information.
