**Although options vary by browser, you will be provided the option to select the length of time you would like to clear. The 1 hour option should be sufficient to resolve the issue and prevent clearing of saved passwords that were recently added.

Clearing your Cache - Mozilla Firefox

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you can clear your cache by completing the following steps:

1. Click the hamburger bar in the top right corner. Then select Options.
Select the Privacy and Security option.
Under Cookies and Site Data, click clear data for both prompts.
Close the web browser fully.
Reopen browser and navigate to login.averoinc.com.

Clearing your Cache - Google Chrome

If you are using Google Chrome, you can clear your cache by completing the following steps:

1. Click the 3 dots in the top right side of the browser. Then click More tools.
Select the Clear Browsing Data option.
Select All Time for the "Time Range".
Click Clear Data.
Fully close out of the web browser.
Reopen browser and navigate to login.averoinc.com.
